San Onofre Nude Camping California
Although you can't officially camp nude at San Onofre State Beach, you can camp close to the nude beach area. Just reserve a spot in the Bluffs section. Any of the sites from #135 and up are easy walking distance to trail 6, where you will take a short walk down to the nude beach. Camping is $25 a night and is on the pavement near the 5 freeway. Most sites have views of the ocean. They’re close together, so if you’re not very friendly, you won’t be happy as the people in the campsite next to you are just a few feet away. Most sites also have views of the freeway and train tracks. You will hear cars and trucks all night and a train which feels like it's coming through your tent or trailer 3 or 4 times during the night. Hot Tip: Don't get spots 30 - 45 as you will hear the truck stop weight station operator talking over his loudspeaker to the truckers all night long. Surfing Surfing is alway fun at San Onofre, when the weather is good it's alway fun to surf in the nude, swim in the nude or whatever, I like to surf all day and then go back to my campsite and BBQ dinner then go for a nude evening surf session, then end the evening with a margarita or two maybe three
